Terms & Conditions

This statement is indicating that the report was prepared by HI4U and is only intended for the recipient named on the first page. The report is based on the Scope of Inspection and the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and the Inspection, and HI4U assumes no responsibility for anyone who relies on the report outside of these conditions.

This statement is saying that the recipient was given the opportunity to review the Scope of Inspection and the Terms and Conditions before the inspection took place. By scheduling the inspection, it is assumed that the recipient has accepted these terms and conditions. Therefore, the inspector conducted the inspection and HI4U supplied the report on the assumption that the recipient agreed to the Scope of Inspection and the Terms and Conditions.
